Thrift Finds - Lace Under Pressure

I always wanted to find a lace dress. I know, you may think that this doesn't represent my personality, but trust me, I've always loved lace. My aunt, who's also a thrift-junkie like me bought me this beautiful pink lace dress.
I had this dress in my closet. It's something that I really can't let go even though I haven't worn this as a dress (wearing this a coverup in the photos).
The sheer back of the dress is too revealing for office or errand days, but it's a great R&R coverup. I thought about wearing it with something underneath, perhaps a camison. However, I didn't have the chance to do it.
So, my birthday came, and hubby decided to go on beach hopping to celebrate, and I obliged. The night before our travel, I looked at my closet and, lo' and behold, I found the lace dress. It caught my eye, again. I decided to use it as a coverup, and I think it really did a good job, do you agree?
Still, I want to wear this lace dress with sleeves soon, though. Perhaps it's great to pair it with tights? For now, I'll just leave it in my closet, and I'm sure I will be able to find the right time and place to wear this soon.
Any ideas on how to wear this lace dress?
On the other hand, these photos were taken at Tingko Beach in Alcoy, Cebu. The last photo, which is weird, but I still like it, was taken at a beach near the Obong Cold Spring in Dalaguete. These are two of the famous tourist destinations in the South of Cebu.
Honestly, most of the beautiful beaches in Cebu City are located in the Southern part. Though I haven't visited the beaches in the Northern part. So, forgive me for being bias.
