    So, how do you know that you are eating healthy and clean? Here are some of the questions you should ask and things you should learn for reasons to eat Indian food.

    Know the Ingredients


    Talk to the staff and the servers because they know what’s on the menu for the day. Do not hesitate to ask for the ingredients and make sure that you request to avoid food that you are allergic to.

    When ordering your salad, make sure to choose oil-based dressings. Remember that the majority of the salad dressings, such as ranch and Caesar, are high in sodium or sugar. You can opt to use balsamic vinegar or just oil and vinegar.

    Lastly, we recommend that you ask if you can cool down the curry meals you are ordering. Remember that if it’s too spicy, we sometimes mouth it down with high-calorie drinks.

    However, if the restaurant can’t tone the spiciness down, you can ask for low-fat yogurt and stir it into the meal.
